Saving you time and money
Working with John as my buyer broker I felt as if I was taking a graduate level course in real estate. Every time we went out look at a house I learned something new, whether it was about windows, roofs, or egresses. John saved me a lot of time and money. Given his background as a contractor, he was able to do a quick walk through and tell me whether to pursue the house or veto it on the spot. His communication skills were excellent - all calls and e-mails were returned within 24 hours, and often, much sooner.
When I finally found THE ONE (a 2 family gut/rehab), John's construction skills again proved invaluable. Since the house was not quite finished, there were still a number of issues that needed to be negotiated. Since I never owned a home before, he often brought things to my attention that I wouldn't have thought of. John did an excellent job getting my offer accepted, writing and attending to the punch list and getting me through the closing. He guided me skillfully and I ended up with a beautiful home!
