You will need to provide some necessary information about your business and choose a design option.

First choose between option 1 and option 2.

Option 1 - Hands-On Design Easily Revised by You:

For those of you who wish to have complete control over the editing of your website, it is recommended that you choose a design in Option 1. These designs leave each and every page of the site able to be easily edited through the use of the built in iMax Web Design tools...no knowledge of html coding involved. Choose a design layout and we'll put it together for you.

Tip: If you need assistance in modifying your site's design or decide not to spend your time modifying your site, you can always hire our web designers for a modest fee.

Option 2 - Professionally Pre-made Websites:

What you see is what you get:

The entire site is built with HTML and requires programming experience to modify.

You can view the entire content of these pre-made websites by clicking on the images below.
Our design team will incorporate your information into the design.
Existing pages can be modified as well as new pages added, however, you will require programming knowledge or the assistance of a web designer to make revisions.
Our web design team can handle this for you for a modest fee if you do not have anyone to help you with this.

Our Web Design team will:

Set-up the design of your site according to your choices. This will include the home page as well as the site header, footer and sidebar.
If you chose a format that displays listings on the home page, we will include two of your current listings. If you do not have any active listings at the time of set-up, either under agreement or recently sold properties will be added to your home page. NOTE: When maintaining this style of home page, it is not recommended to use images larger than the ones we start you out with or to have too many images on your home page. This can interfere with the load time for your page and can frustrate viewers particularly those on dial-up.
Brand your CMA cover page with your photo (if submitted) and contact information.
Set your branded e-mail address and insure that all mail is being forwarded to the appropriate mailbox.
Incorporate an e-mail signature into your site based on the information provided.
Set your new member search options ~ town lists to search on, access limitations to MLS, etc.
Incorporate MLS download settings for both your personal and RE/MAX office's listings.
Incorporate appropriate Keywords into your new website and various site branding settings such as the home page title and site description.
Submit your site to all FREE Major Search Engines belonging to Google and Yahoo
Provide guidance for getting familiar with your new website and accessing training information.
